Shipping and processing

Please note that shipping times begin AFTER processing time is complete.

PROCESSING: Currently processing takes between 7-14 days. Your package will be shipped AFTER this time. If after 14 days your package has not shipped, please feel free to contact me.

SHIPPPING: Shipping times vary, but typically take between 5-10 business days. Holidays, and busy seasons may affect shipping times. Once a package has been shipped out, its arrival is out of my hands. If you are experiencing a delay or believe your item is lost, please message the carrier first. After that, I will try to help as best I can.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct (apartment numbers, gate codes, etc).

Returns

Due to the custom nature of the products (size, designs, etc.) and sanitary concerns, absolutely NO RETURNS are accepted. Please be sure of your purchase and your sizing beforehand.
